What stood out

Creep ratio dropped from 34.1% to 9.1%, the largest single-PI reduction the team has recorded in the trend window. Delivery against capacity rose to 104% (velocity 113 against capacity 108.4). Sprint goal hit rate was 86% (6 of 7 goals). Merged MRs grew from 53 to 277.

At the sprint level, sprints 1 to 5 each delivered roughly 75-100% of sprint capacity. Sprint 6 (IP) was a closeout with near-zero commitment.

Where the data is mixed

Bug count of 10 is flat vs PI 8 and roughly double the PI 5-7 range (1-12). Volume is still low relative to commitment.

The 50.5% completion against commitment reflects a commitment that was 186% of measured capacity. The delivery-against-capacity number (104%) is the more honest read of throughput.
