No Fusion-specific engineering metric goals for 2026 are tracked via the warehouse; only the shared sprint-goal achievement target applies. See the engineering goals doc for any project-deliverable goals.
Fusion hit 18 of 18 sprint goal checkboxes across PI 9 — a 100% goal hit rate, and the first PI in the trend window with parseable goal data for the team. Goals spanned the CTRT-Ocoro frontend and backend work, the n8n use cases, xCures authentication and spikes, and the EVO2 Peak data page.
Total resolved work exceeded capacity: velocity landed at 119 points against 110.1 of capacity (108.1%), and Committed Done alone reached 91.3% of capacity — up from 60.0% in PI 8. Committed Done of 100.5 points is the team's highest since PI 6 (113.5).
Creep ratio fell to 23.4% from 48.3% in PI 8, with sprints 3–6 all at or below 15.2%. Completed bugs dropped from 12 to 5, and merge request throughput roughly doubled: 104 merged and 110 opened, versus 51 and 59 in PI 8.
Completion ratio was 48.6%, below the 80% org target, though up 10.1pp from PI 8. The gap sits in planning volume rather than output: commitment totaled 207 points against 110.1 of capacity — every sprint committed above its capacity, with sprint 6 committing 37 points against a capacity of 9. No individual sprint exceeded a 64.3% completion ratio.
Creep ratio at 23.4% remains above the 20% ceiling, driven by the first two sprints (50% and 61.3%); of 48.5 creep points added, 18.5 were completed (38% creep-done ratio). Sprint 2 in particular completed 1 of 19 creep points added.
Deployment and lead time tracking are not yet configured for Fusion — the team's only registered environment is dev, with no production or staging tier — so DORA metrics are omitted from this brief.
