PI 11 runs 22 July to 14 October 2026. Sprint reviews land here as each sprint closes, for the weekly P&E leadership meeting.

Sprint closed 2 September. Best completion of the PI at 49.9% and velocity at 98% of capacity — but zero production deployments and sprint goals down to 8 of 12. Fusion declined on both per-engineer measures for a fourth sprint.

Sprint closed 19 August. The plan came back to capacity and delivery followed — 11 of 12 sprint goals hit, velocity at 99% of capacity, three production releases including Mobile 6.4.0.0 and Data 1.1.0.

Sprint closed 5 August. Activity rose while the board fell — 229 MRs merged, up 21%, against a completion ratio of 37.8%. Sprint goals, releases, bugs, demand vs capacity, per-engineer output and DORA.
